Among the major challenges being faced by the Young people throughout the world are shrinking resources and lack of integration. We are required to do more with little. This can only be done through efefctive networking at all levels, local, provincial, national and international levels. It is need of hour that we should identify key steps that can help us to build, strengthen and sustain the network.
